We are hiring a Recruiting & HR Operations Specialist to find and look after the people who build Nömad: hiring, onboarding and people operations with clear, human processes.

About the role

You will run hiring from start to finish: define the profile with each team, source candidates, interview with method, reply to everyone and close hires. Then you will make the first day and the first months work.

You will also own people operations: contracts, onboarding, internal policies, current data and coordination with the external accountant. We are looking for someone organised, approachable and who treats every candidate the way they would treat a client.

About the team

Nömad is growing and every hire has to go well. You will work with the CEO and COO, and with every team lead, so that hiring, onboarding and looking after people is as well cared for as the work we deliver.

What you will do

  • Define profiles with each team and publish clear, honest openings.
  • Source candidates, interview with method and reply to everyone.
  • Design and improve the hiring process with human, evidence-based assessment.
  • Run onboarding, contracts, internal policies and people data.
  • Coordinate with the external accountant and keep deadlines and compliance.
  • Use AI agents to organise, draft and follow up, always reviewing the result.

What we look for

  • Demonstrable experience in hiring and people operations, ideally in services, digital product or technology.
  • Organisation and attention to detail: nothing is left unanswered or unclosed.
  • Empathy and clear communication in Spanish; professional working English.
  • Practical knowledge of hiring and employment regulation in Spain.
  • Comfortable with applicant tracking tools, automation and AI.
  • Discretion with people's information.
