We are hiring an Application Developer to build Brand OS across web, iOS and Android: real product, with quality, speed and AI agents built into daily work.

About the role

You will develop Brand OS features end to end: from the database and server actions to the interface brands use every day. You will move between web and native apps depending on what the product needs.

You will work with design so the interface ships as designed and with product to understand the why behind everything. We are looking for someone who writes clear code, cares about performance and uses AI to go faster without lowering the bar.

About the team

Brand OS is built with Next.js and Supabase on the web, SwiftUI on Apple and Kotlin with Jetpack Compose on Android. The development team works with design and product in short cycles, with AI and agents as part of the workflow.

What you will do

  • Build complete features on the web (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase) and in native apps when needed.
  • Look after performance, accessibility and security in everything that ships.
  • Integrate AI models and agents into the product with evaluation and human review.
  • Automate the repetitive: tests, deployments and integrations.
  • Review code, document decisions and keep the system easy to change.
  • Work with design and product in short cycles, from idea to measurement.

What we look for

  • Demonstrable experience building production applications with React, TypeScript and a relational database.
  • Ability to take a feature from start to finish.
  • A feel for the interface: what you build has to look and feel right.
  • Practical fluency with AI in development: agents, assisted generation and evaluation.
  • Clear communication in Spanish and professional working English.
  • Experience with SwiftUI or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose is a plus.
