Works
Everything you ask Nömad for is a piece of work, from a post to a website, and you follow it to delivery: tasks, deadlines, deliverables and what is on you.
The essentials
One concept, from request to delivery
Big or small, one-off or recurring, paid or included: it is always work, and you always know where it stands.
- Two sizes, one flowBroad work with several phases and quick single-task work, asked for and followed the same way.
- One-off or recurring, paid or includedSingle commissions or monthly rhythms; a fixed price before starting or within your subscription.
- Follow-up to deliveryOrdered tasks, visible deadlines, what is on you kept separate and deliverables reviewed in the app.

In detail
Works
In Brand OS there are no “services”, “orders” and “tasks” with different rules: everything your brand needs is called work. A piece of work can be as small as an Instagram post or a carousel, or as broad as building a website or creating a corporate identity. The word is the same because the flow is too: you ask, follow and receive the same way in every case.
Two sizes, one concept
There is broad work, broken down into several phases with people involved, and quick work, solved in a single task. Brand OS tells the sizes apart to organise the flow, but you never have to learn two systems.
One-off or recurring, paid or included
Some work is done once, like a logo or a landing page. Other work repeats on a rhythm, like monthly posts or website maintenance, and keeps the context of previous deliveries. Every piece of work has a fixed price before it starts: you pay for it once from the store or through a tailored proposal, or it fits within the limits of your subscription.
How work is born
Work starts in the store, by picking a product or a bundle; in a tailored proposal your Brand Manager prepares and you approve; in your brand’s quick launcher, which remembers the basics, the most used and your favourites; or by telling Nödo. Some is produced by the Nömad team with visible deadlines and some is generated by Brand OS instantly.
Follow-up: you always know where it stands
Every piece of work is broken down into ordered tasks that depend on one another, so there is always a clear next step. Some are done by the Nömad team, with visible delivery days; others are on you, such as providing information, approving a proposal or reviewing a delivery, and they are highlighted under “What we need from you”.
Deliverables per phase
Each phase ends with a deliverable you consult inside the app: final files, previews, documents, reports, content calendars or links. When something needs your sign-off, you approve it or request changes, and the work continues with that decision on record. Deliverables that are brand assets are also stored in the Library.
Nothing gets blocked for no reason
If one of your tasks is pending, the work shows it as “waiting for client”, but Nömad keeps moving on everything that does not depend on it. You can pin and archive work, follow it from the calendar, and every change creates a history entry and a notification for whoever needs it.
FAQ
What people usually ask about work
Is an Instagram post a piece of work?
Yes. Any commission, however small, is work: a post, a carousel, a website or a full campaign. The size changes, the concept does not.
What is the difference between one-off and recurring work?
One-off work is done once. Recurring work repeats on a rhythm, like monthly posts, and keeps the context of previous deliveries.
Is work included in my subscription?
Much of it is, with clear limits per plan. Work that is not included is paid once with a fixed price before starting.
Does everything stop if I have a pending task?
No. The work shows it is waiting for your part, but Nömad keeps moving on everything that does not depend on it.
Where do I find the deliverables?
Inside each phase of the work, with preview or download depending on the type. Those that are brand assets also land in the Library.
