Connections links each of those accounts to Brand OS so what you plan here goes out where it should, and results come back without anyone copying them by hand.
Every connection uses the provider’s official authorisation, such as Meta, Google or LinkedIn, or an API key when the service requires it. Before approving you see what access is requested and what it will be used for. Credentials are stored encrypted on the server and you can disconnect the account at any time.
You can connect more than one account of the same service, for example several Facebook pages or several WordPress sites, and choose which resources to use in each. The status of every connection (active, renewal pending, expired or paused) is shown in the list and in its detail, and Brand OS lets you know when something needs attention.
Connections are managed from the brand settings in the web app and in the native apps. Only the owner and admins can connect or disconnect accounts, and your Brand Manager can consult them to prepare work and campaigns with real data.
