Pending legal localization

This is the English base version of Nömad’s Acceptable Use Policy. It should be legally localized before being treated as final for non-Spanish audiences.

Lawful use

Users must use the website, platform and services lawfully and responsibly, respecting security, privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality and third-party rights.

Prohibited activity

The service may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, harassing, spam, phishing, malware, vulnerability exploitation, impersonation, abusive scraping or system interference activity.

Content, data and AI

Users must not upload unlawful content, unnecessary sensitive data, third-party confidential information without authorization, or use AI-assisted features to generate infringing, deceptive or harmful content.

Enforcement

Nömad may remove content, limit features, suspend access, pause integrations, terminate services or take other reasonable measures to protect legality, security and service continuity.
