We are hiring a Product Designer to design Brand OS end to end: from discovery to the final detail of the interface, with the visual quality brands expect.

About the role

You will design how brands work in Brand OS: flows, screens, design system and micro-interactions across web, iOS and Android. You will start by understanding the problem with product and with brands, and finish by caring for every detail of what ships.

You will work with product and development in short cycles and with art direction so the product and the brand speak the same language. We are looking for someone who designs with system and with taste, and who can explain why.

About the team

Brand OS is the product where every brand works with its team and its Brand Manager: brand genome, publications, work, calendar and connections. A senior team across product, design, development and brand builds it, with AI built into daily work.

What you will do

  • Design Brand OS flows, screens and components across web, iOS and Android.
  • Maintain and grow the design system together with development.
  • Take part in discovery with product and validate solutions with real brands.
  • Prototype fast, test and refine with data and feedback.
  • Look after accessibility, perceived performance and consistency across platforms.
  • Use generative AI and agents to explore, produce variants and document, always reviewing the result.

What we look for

  • A portfolio with real digital product in production, not only concepts.
  • Command of interaction design, design systems and tools such as Figma.
  • Visual and typographic sensibility at the level brand work demands.
  • Ability to explain design decisions to product, development and clients.
  • Clear communication in Spanish and professional working English.
  • Implementing interfaces or prototyping in code is a plus.
