We are hiring a Product Manager for Brand OS, the operating system for brands. You will decide what we build and why, working with design, development and the brands already using it.

About the role

You will own whether Brand OS solves real problems for brands. You will talk to clients and the team, prioritise with data and turn fuzzy needs into clear decisions: what goes in, what does not, and why.

You will work with the CEO on product vision and with design and development on every release. This is not a ticket-management job: it is a product job, with direct impact on how hundreds of brands work every day.

About the team

Brand OS is the product where every brand works with its team and its Brand Manager: brand genome, publications, work, calendar and connections. A senior team across product, design, development and brand builds it, with AI built into daily work.

What you will do

  • Own the Brand OS vision and roadmap and explain them clearly to the team and clients.
  • Run continuous discovery with brands, Brand Managers and usage data to find the problems that matter.
  • Write clear specifications and prioritise with data, cost and risk, not opinions.
  • Work with design and development from idea to launch and measurement.
  • Define product metrics and review every week what works and what does not.
  • Use AI agents to research, synthesise and document, always verifying quality.

What we look for

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in B2B digital products or SaaS.
  • Ability to understand a business and translate it into measurable product decisions.
  • Clear communication in Spanish and professional working English.
  • Comfortable working with design and development in short cycles.
  • Practical fluency with AI beyond chat: assisted research, agents and evaluation.
  • Genuine interest in brands: how they are built and what they need.
