Baking Bread is an artisanal sourdough bakery in Seville. Nömad developed its corporate identity and interior design, blending precision and craftsmanship in every detail.

From the moment Antonio and Isco arrived at our studio and shared their idea of starting a sourdough bread workshop, along with the name they had come up with themselves, BAKING BREAD, everything started to flow!
The guys asked us to develop their corporate identity and to design how the brand would translate into the physical space. They were very clear: “You know design, and I know the oven!”
AN IDENTITY TAILORED TO EXACT MEASUREMENTS
We started our research on sourdough bread—a subject we knew absolutely nothing about—and discovered the connection the owners had made with Bryan Cranston’s popular series: measurements must be as exact as in chemistry. This is something we at Nömad are also very faithful to: exact kerning and tracking to convey a specific effect and create a sense of balance.
But make no mistake: their product was artisanal and natural. The identity also had to connote that level of quality.
We had to put all these ideas, some contradictory, on the table to arrive at the brand identity.
BEFORE THE FLOUR, THE KITCHEN
A small space near Ramón Carande street, which needed to be utilized to its maximum potential, was waiting for us. And so, we continued with the measurements...
RENDERS AND MORE RENDERS
In any of the fields we work in, we have two maxims: what we call ‘a taste for design’ and functionality. With both in mind, and considering the identity of Baking Bread and the space, we designed custom furniture that emerged from hours of 3D rendering.
