Content Marketing in the Age of AI
Last Wednesday, we attended the Puro Marketing Day organized by the digital newspaper to discover the latest emerging developments in the sector. During the event, the focus was on the need to create personalized, high-value content to connect with the audience. Therefore, marketing professionals must use content as an essential tool to offer instant solutions and build long-term trust relationships.
And, how can Artificial Intelligence affect Content Marketing? Although, a priori, automatic content generation or its personalization presents a challenge, Daniel Núñez, Product Marketing Manager at Meta, clearly sees the opportunity: “Thanks to AI, we will be able to multiply our creative capacity, our capacity for improvement, and our efficiency by ten...».

Google Shopping Reinvents Itself with Virtual Try-On 2.0
Can you imagine trying on clothes from your couch at home? Google is making it possible with “Virtual try-on” technology, which uses AI to allow customers to see how clothes look in their chosen color and size before buying online. Although, for now, this feature will only be available in the US market.
Google has also announced updates to search filters. “Our new filters can help US shoppers narrow down products until they find the perfect piece,” the company states. “Thanks to machine learning and new visual matching algorithms, you can refine aspects such as color, style, and pattern.”
Will this be the end of dressing rooms and online returns?
Instagram isn't falling behind: it will test AI in these features
Although not yet official, developer and app researcher Alessandro Paluzzi has leaked what could be the next features Instagram will incorporate. Specifically, an AI-powered ChatBot and Stickers.
From a brand perspective, the feature that catches our attention most is the ChatBot, which could provide more agile customer support, improved interactions, and much more.
We will keep an eye on announcements from Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri to see if the rumors become reality.
Everyone is talking about...
We are still “hungover” from Apple's big announcement at WWDC2023: the Vision Pro. Since then, we have closely followed the impressions of experts who had the privilege of being the first to try them. For example, Ángel Jiménez, a technology journalist for El Mundo, described the experience as “the best he has had in 22 years of covering technology.” We don't need to say more to know that the Vision Pro is a total revolution.
For our part, even though we haven't had the great (really great) luck of trying them out, we can share some keys that made us say WOW during the Apple event:
■ According to Apple, the Vision Pro marks “the beginning of the era of spatial computing” thanks to control by fingers, voice, and eyes.
■ Apple's new mixed-reality glasses fuse the virtual world with the space you are in (in a crazy way).
■ They feature Apple's first 3D camera, which allows us, literally, to relive past moments.
■ It offers an image for each eye superior to the resolution of a 4K TV. WOW! WOW! WOW!
■ The Vision Pro ensures a unique experience thanks to, among other things, EyeSight technology, which allows those around us to see our eyes and expressions.
■ Although you can have the same applications as on your iPhone, the Vision Pro and Disney promise a totally different and immersive experience. What we call “mind-blowing.”
■ FaceTime changes as we know it with the Vision Pro. Additionally, it allows you to scan your face and create a 3D representation for your calls.
■ Although this hasn't surprised us so much, its price will be $3499 and it will launch in the market at the beginning of 2024.
■ Among other news such as the new Mac Pro (which is talked about little), Apple also presented iOS 17 at WWDC23 and…
- You will no longer have to say “Hey” to Siri.
- You will be able to customize your contacts with photos, memojis, and different fonts.
- And in general, Apple makes your life easier with improved autocorrect, more powerful AirDrop, and even notifying your loved ones when you arrive home with the new Check In feature.
Brands dress for summer
With the official start of summer, at Nömad we wanted to take a walk through some campaigns that were a total summer “hit”. Undoubtedly, this season is perfect for playing with creativity and giving brands a fun and original touch.
We made a thread on Twitter where you can see (and even vote for) your favorites, although we are sticking with the Calgary Farmer's Market one. Without a doubt, the kiwi in swimming trunks has won us over.

And that's it for our first edition of Nömad Trends & News! Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss our weekly updates, and if you liked it, share it with your contacts.
