The Skate Design exhibition in Ronda showcased artists transforming skateboard decks into diverse artworks, blending sculptural deconstruction and pop culture, celebrating the opening of IndiaM Skaters.

Last Friday in Ronda, Drinks&Co. hosted a new exhibition. This time, the event served to welcome IndiaM Skaters. A clothing store, specializing in apparel and accessories for skaters that recently opened its doors in the city. To mark this inauguration, various artists were invited to participate in a show where there was only one limitation. The medium used had to be, in any case, a skateboard deck.

The result is a collection of very diverse proposals, different styles, techniques, and motifs captured on a wooden deck. We were able to enjoy, as it couldn't be any other way, drinks and very good company.

At Nömad, we didn't want to miss it.

In this case, the artist didn't limit themselves to working on the surface. The result is a fun deconstruction of a Nordic-inspired skateboard deck. If you manage to assemble it correctly, it promises to take you to the sky.
