After Brussels declared a level 4 alert, tourism sharply declined. The Tourist Office launched #CALLBRUSSELS to reassure international visitors by connecting them directly with locals through live calls.

Following the declaration of a level 4 alert in Brussels, tourism in the city saw a sharp decline.

In fact, the city's Tourist Office ran the #CALLBRUSSELS campaign throughout the month of January. This campaign was implemented with the purpose of reassuring foreign visitors.
