Honda’s stop-motion spot «Paper» showcases six decades of innovation through 3,000 hand-drawn illustrations. The campaign highlights the brand’s history with meticulous craftsmanship and visual storytelling.
Thousands of frames were needed to create this new Honda spot, which journeys through 6 decades of the brand and its products using 3,000 illustrations.
Like a domino effect, each illustration closes the previous one and reveals the Honda vehicles one by one.
The project is titled Paper. It was developed with hand-drawn illustrations using the stop-motion technique.
The intention is for the user to travel through Honda's innovation process from the start of its production to the present day.
