Nömad is an advertising, branding and marketing agency founded in Seville in 2013. Since then we have worked with more than 1,000 brands, from local businesses to international groups.

Today all that experience lives in Brand OS, the platform where every brand works in real time with its team, its Brand Manager and Nödo, our intelligence.

    Yes. Since 2013 we have worked with local businesses, freelancers, SMEs, startups, large brands and groups with several brands.

    Brand OS has a Free plan to start at no cost and every custom piece of work is quoted before it starts, so size is never a barrier.

    We are based in Seville and work 100% digitally. Everything your brand needs (requests, proposals, deliveries, meetings) happens inside Brand OS, so it does not matter where you are.

    When a video call is needed, you schedule it with your Brand Manager from the platform itself.

    Brand OS is the platform where your brand, your team and your Brand Manager work together: the brand's Genome, content, proposals, work and the chat with Nödo.

    It is how we work with every brand, and also the most convenient way for you. You can create a free account and try it without talking to anyone.

    The Genome is your brand's identity written so that people and systems can work with it: positioning, audiences, tone of voice, archetypes, creative territories and rules.

    It is built in Brand OS with Nödo's help and it is the base of every proposal, every piece of content and every piece of work we do with you.

    Every brand has Nödo, the always-available Brand Manager, from day one. Depending on the plan, your brand also gets a human Brand Manager: a person from Nömad who knows your brand, coordinates the work and makes sure everything follows your strategy.

    Nödo and your Brand Manager work with the same information, so you never have to repeat yourself.

    Yes. The relationship with your Brand Manager matters and we want it to work. If at any point you think a change would help, ask for it from Brand OS or write to us: we review the situation and assign someone who fits your brand and your way of working better.

    From Brand OS: pick a product from the catalogue or describe what you need, and it becomes a piece of work with its tasks, deadlines and deliveries. Nödo helps you pin down the request and your Brand Manager reviews it before it starts.

    Everything that happens afterwards (questions, revisions, files) stays inside the same piece of work.

    Yes. The catalogue covers the most common needs, but every brand is different. If you cannot find exactly what you need, tell us from Brand OS or through the contact form: we look at your case and prepare a custom quote before anything starts.

    Yes. The Free plan is free forever and does not limit you when ordering work: any product from the catalogue or custom quote can be ordered from a Free account.

    Paid plans add content, team and Brand Manager when your brand needs them.

    Plans are per brand and paid by card, monthly or yearly (yearly comes with a discount). Prices are shown in euros before tax and you see the amount in your currency at checkout.

    You can change plan or go back to Free whenever you want from Brand OS. Custom work is quoted and invoiced separately.

    Your data and your brand's data are used only to work with you, under our privacy policy and the data processing agreement linked in the footer. You can ask us to delete your information whenever you want.

    Every brand is an isolated workspace: only its members and the Nömad team can see its content.

    The website and Brand OS are available in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Hindi.

    Nödo replies in the language you write in, and your brand's content can be generated in several languages at once.

    Every brand in Brand OS can have as many members as it needs, each with their own role and permissions: who can view, who can request and who can approve.

    If you manage several brands, as an agency or a group, you can keep them all in one workspace with the same people and centralised billing.

    Nödo is Nömad's mascot and the intelligence behind Brand OS. It knows your brand's Genome, replies in its tone, helps you shape what you need and keeps work moving.

    It is always available, on the web and in the apps. And when a person from the team replies, you know it: Nödo never pretends to be anyone.

    Brand OS runs in any browser and installs as an application on desktop and mobile straight from the browser. The native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are on their way.

    From Brand OS. Plans with a human Brand Manager include online meetings: you pick the day and time that suits you both and the video call is scheduled in the platform.

    For everyday questions you have your brand's chat, where Nödo replies instantly and your Brand Manager steps in when needed.

    Every piece of work has a clear deadline from the start and you can see it in Brand OS. What can move it is the material that depends on you: if information, access or files arrive late, the schedule adjusts and delivery may slip.

    We tell you as soon as it happens so the impact stays minimal.

    We review it with you. Every piece of work includes revisions and your comments are recorded in Brand OS, so we know exactly what to adjust. We work until the result matches what was agreed and your brand's strategy.

    The same ones we build Brand OS with: modern web with React and Next.js, native iOS and Android apps in Swift and Kotlin, and a database and infrastructure ready to grow.

    We choose the technology according to what each project needs, always with performance, accessibility and support for every device as requirements.
