Pending legal localization

This is the English base version of Nömad’s terms. It should be legally localized before being treated as final for non-Spanish audiences.

Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the website, platform, services, accounts, content, proposals, subscriptions, deliverables, AI-assisted features and integrations provided by Nömad.

Account and services

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Nömad may suspend access for misuse, security risk, non-payment or breach.

Customer content and deliverables

Customers retain ownership of their materials and grant Nömad the rights needed to provide the service. Nömad retains ownership of its platform, methodology, software, templates and pre-existing assets unless otherwise agreed.

Payments, cancellation and liability

Pricing, renewals, cancellation, refunds and liability limits are governed by the applicable order, proposal, plan or contract.
